In This Role
Address pre‑occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns
Conduct visual inspections of warranty issues
Perform hands‑on repairs
Schedule additional services with sub‑trades
All other duties as required

What You Bring
3 years of experience in residential construction
Possess your own tools
Experience with Tarion Warranty program
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to work independently and unsupervised




Positive interpersonal skills and team player attitude
A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
