This position requires three years of nursing experience in community settings, focusing on clinical operations, follow-ups, and support for preventive health services. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary health care and client assessments
• Conduct telephone triage and follow-up for patients
• Support treatment services including lab procedures
• Maintain medical supplies and logistical support

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
• Minimum three years of nursing experience
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible hours
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
