Lakeridge Health is seeking two temporary part time RPNs for the Cardiology Inpatient unit. This position includes a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, encompassing days, nights, and weekends. You will actively engage in patient assessments, monitor medical status, and ensure accurate clinical documentation in accordance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care following nursing standards
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor conditions
• Support team members in clinical decision-making




• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of patient needs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives for the unit

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma from an accredited college
• Good standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certification and Medication Certificate
• Recent experience in an Acute Medicine environment
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
