Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of cafe operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning procedures
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of baristas and food service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Oversee food handling, safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations
Manage cash handling processes and operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring, onboarding, and training recent team members
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the cafe
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and quality across all shifts
Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant management,



or hospitality roles with supervising responsibilities
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and sales tracking
Skilled in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations including kitchen activities and customer service excellence
Familiarity with food industry regulations, food handling practices, and health & safety compliance
Exceptional communication skills paired with a passion for delivering top-tier hospitality experiences
Previous barista experience or hotel experience is a plus but not required
