This full-time role reports to the Assistant Manager Utilities & Elevator Services and includes responsibilities such as performing routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems. You will manage the Central Utilities Plant’s operation and respond to emergency situations throughout the UTM campus. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine mechanical inspections and temperature checks
• Perform running maintenance and emergency repairs




• Maintain logs of equipment operations and breakdowns
• Oversee fire alarm and emergency lighting testing
• Collaborate with outside contractors on repairs

Requirements:
• High School diploma plus 3rd Class Operating Engineer Certification
• Minimum 1 year operating engineer experience
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized control systems
