*About CAPCRETE*CAPCRETE Group is a growing specialty contractor providing concrete restoration, structural rehabilitation, waterproofing, slab lifting, and specialty construction services throughout Ontario.We are looking for an experienced *Project Manager* to join our team.*Concrete construction or concrete restoration experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from award to completion.

Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.

Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.

Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.

Conduct site visits and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Coordinate RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.

Build and maintain solid client and supplier relationships.

Qualifications
*Required*





Minimum *3 years of Project Management experience* in concrete construction.

Experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, and structural rehabilitation.

Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License.

Assets

Civil Engineering or Construction Management background.

Gold Seal or PMP Certification.

Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or Bluebeam.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person

Salary $ 55,000 to $ 60,000 YEAR annually
