Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Build and maintain Single Page Applications (SPAs) using up-to-date React patterns, Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot applications hosted behind Nginx web servers and reverse proxies.
Optimize application performance, page rendering, caching, and load times.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, backend developers, and QA teams in Agile environments.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
Monitor production issues and support application deployments.

Experience consuming REST APIs.
Understanding of API security, authentication, and token-based authorization.
Familiarity with GraphQL is an asset.

Testing & Quality
Experience with:
Jest

Robust debugging and troubleshooting skills.

DevOps & Tools
Git / GitHub / GitLab
CI/CD pipelines
Docker
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Next.js.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or OpenShift.
Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments.
Familiarity with Micro Frontends architecture.
