Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a variety of insurance defence files from start to finish
• Draft legal documents for mediations and trials
• Conduct applications, discoveries, and pre-trial conferences




• Collaborate with senior counsel and contribute research efforts
• Coach and share knowledge with colleagues in your department
Requirements:
• Must be a member of the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum 5+ years of insurance litigation experience
• Proficiency in legal writing and drafting pleadings
• Experience with alternative dispute resolution processes
• Strong organization and negotiation skills
