Return Flow Coordinator
Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Full-time
Job Summary
Within the Thales Canada Avionics Supply Chain Department, the incumbent is responsible for managing and monitoring repair flows with customers and suppliers, while ensuring compliance with delivery performance objectives.
Essential Functions
- Record materials to be repaired in the ERP in accordance with applicable requirements (quality, customer, operating modes, etc.)
- Send products to suppliers (Competence Centers, Avionics Suppliers) according to the defined industrial organization
- Process customer orders and manage disputes
- Monitor repairs with suppliers via regular calls and emails, optimize repair times (TAT)
- Develop and monitor repair quotes with the customer until receipt of the order
- Produce in-progress monitoring reports, analyze in-progress work, and identify repairs at risk of delay
- Inform the customer about in-progress work and repair completion dates
- Return repaired equipment to the customer according to contractual commitments with technical and regulatory documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- DEC (Diploma of College Studies)
- Bilingualism, French/English, spoken and written
- SAP an asset
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Rigor
- Autonomy, analytical mind, sense of priorities and respect for deadlines
- Methodical and precise
- Good team spirit, excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills;
- Sense of responsibility
This position requires valuable knowledge of English to interact with, support,
and/or provide services to international clients, employees, and/or partners, as well foreign government authorities who do not speak French.
