You will be working on a versatile hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated Robotics Process Analyst to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and reduce business risk and costs. In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver end-to-end robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a library of reusable automation components, developing robust integrations through APIs, maintaining existing automations, and helping drive governance and continuous improvement initiatives across the automation portfolio.
