Key Responsibilities:
• Check and verify aircraft documentation for accuracy
• Prepare complete Journey Logs for outgoing flights




• Enter flight log times accurately into MTS
• Scan and file maintenance records and log sheets
• Audit logs to ensure compliance and correctness

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience with records management
• Understanding of aviation terminology
• Strong accountability and integrity in task execution
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
