What you will do:



Deliver tailored support to individuals with substance misuse issues, focusing on drugs and alcohol recovery.
Manage a dynamic caseload, maintaining keyworking relationships with service users.
Apply harm reduction and recovery models to support sustainable recovery goals.
Facilitate both group and one-to-one sessions to provide structured support and education.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement recovery strategies.
Requirements / Person Specification: An up-to-date DBS check is mandatory
Demonstrated experience in substance misuse (drug and alcohol services)
Solid caseload management and keyworking skills
Solid understanding of harm reduction and recovery models
