Drive community engagement and youth development with Chill Vancouver as the Program & Community Coordinator. Facilitate boardsport programs while fostering an inclusive setting for youth.
In this role, you will oversee Chill’s day-to-day programs in Vancouver, British Columbia. This includes coordinating schedules, engaging with youth, and ensuring program quality aligns with Chill’s values. With strong organizational and communication skills, you'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful boardsport experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of agencies and mentors
• Facilitate experiential learning programs for youth groups
• Manage program gear and inventory logistics
• Engage alumni and foster agency relationships
• Capture marketing content for promotional use
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of youth programming experience
• Based in Vancouver with strong community knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
