The Accounting

Clerk will work under minimal direction, engaging in a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This position requires solid attention to detail and proficiency in accounting principles.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling statements, and maintaining accurate records throughout the accounting cycle. Key Responsibilities:
Input and retrieve financial data accurately
Process and check invoices for coding and totals
Monitor budgets and outstanding purchase orders
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Communicate effectively with staff and suppliers Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Two-year post-secondary accounting program completion
Three to five years of related experience
Robust keyboarding skills, 50 WPM recommended
Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive information Contribute your accounting expertise and meticulous attention to detail in supporting our finance operations.
