Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships
Help your clients evaluate new products and services through a consultative selling process
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Act as Solution Consultant for new clients during the sales process
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Stay abreast of Industry trends.
Collaborate with cross functional teams as required

Qualifications
Bilingual (French & English)
B2B experience, preferably at the enterprise level.




Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel regularly
Insurance industry knowledge is an asset.

Additional Requirements and Details:

· Travel required up to 50% of the time.

· Ability to work remote with a secure internet connection on an as needed basis

· Located and working from an office location (when required)

· Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

· Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).

· Frequent sitting and/or standing.
