LOFT Community Services is seeking a Peer Support Worker for the Toronto Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Services. The role supports youth 16-29 through 1:1 peer work and group facilitation, across the TAY and YWHO sites, including at 65 Wellesley St E and 721 Bloor St W.
You will collaborate with community partners, provide access to local resources, and help youth build skills towards independence and wellbeing. This role requires evening and Saturday support and a satisfactory VSC.
