ABOUT THE ROLE At StudioFlow, Marketing Specialists are the executors behind the client service.
You’ll handle full campaign execution, from Meta and Google Search ads to landing pages/funnels, creative management, and CRM automation, reporting to the Account Manager. You’ll join client calls to support the Account Manager, but won’t lead them.
Success in this role comes from turning strategy into flawless execution, catching problems early, and giving the Account Manager and clients what they need to keep the client relationship moving forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Advertising Management Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns for assigned studio accounts, monitoring daily performance and adjusting targeting/budgets under the Account Manager's direction
Support Google Search advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy drafting, and bid management
Flag underperforming campaigns and test audience/budget adjustments to improve cost-per-lead
Creative Content Management Write creative briefs for the design and video editing team based on campaign goals, seasonal themes, and client brand guidelines
Manage the ad creative revision workflow; routing drafts for feedback, tracking versions, and keeping production on schedule
Coordinate with designers and video editors on continuous ad testing and creative refreshes
Post-Click Optimization Build and maintain landing pages and funnels for client campaigns
Test layouts, copy, and offers to improve conversion from click to trial/enrollment
Set up and manage automated workflows (email/SMS nurture sequences, lead follow-up, CRM triggers) to move leads through the funnel without manual intervention
Reporting Compile campaign data into client dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports
Support the Account Manager in preparing for client strategy calls by pulling performance insights and flagging optimization opportunities
Respond to day-to-day client requests routed through the Account Manager
WHO YOU ARE You are a critical and creative thinker.
You can develop campaign strategies that work towards achieving client's business objectives.
You are a self-driven curious problem solver. You can look at a campaign's numbers, spot what's not working, and bring a fix to the Account Manager.
You're comfortable moving between ad platforms, different software tools, creative briefs, and CRM workflows without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You're eager to join a fast-growing, small team with big plans for the future. And excited about the opportunity to become a leader as we continue to build our team.
