As the Lead Hand, you will bridge communication between your team and the foreman, ensuring all tasks are executed safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise crew and manual tasks for utility installations
• Provide leadership and support in the absence of the Foreman




• Assist with construction activities involving multiple trades
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site
• Ensure equipment is ready for use and maintained
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in construction roles
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license necessary
• First Aid and Leadership in Safety Excellence are assets
• Must lift 75lbs and work outside
• Competency in vehicle operation and towing trailers
