The Technical Consultant Manager leads the Presales Technical Consultant (TC) team, driving technical sales strategy and execution across Enterprise and Small Enterprise accounts, including all HP product portfolio. This role works in close alignment with Account Executive Managers and Sales leadership, coaching and motivating a team of Presales TCs to deliver technical expertise, differentiate solutions, and accelerate deal velocity. The manager ensures strong customer engagement, solution validation, and partnership with the broader sales ecosystem to support business growth and technical excellence.**Key Responsibilities** Collaborate with sales teams to assess customer requirements. **Knowledge & Skills** Hands-on experience with technologies like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and virtualization tools. Strong consultative selling skills. Ability to translate technical features into business benefits. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
