Position SummaryThe Investment Operations Associate plays a key support role in ensuring seamless execution across investment and client service functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to grow in the wealth management and investment setting. We are looking for an individual who will provide excellent organizational support as we propel the rapid expansion of our firm. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily investment operations including trade processing, account documentation, and reconciliation.Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance activities.Prepare and review investment reports, performance summaries,



and client correspondence.Collaborate with advisors and external partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions.Maintain and improve operational workflows.Help troubleshoot operational issues and liaise with custodians or third-party providers.Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and client experience.Examples of Tasks:Processing money movements for clients on request (contributions/withdrawals).Creation and distribution of monthly statements for clients.Regular communication with clients via email and phone calls.Processing updates to client information.Qualifications Required:Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills.Project Management Experience is an assetExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completed or enrolled. Preferred:Experience in investment operations, financial services, or a related support role.Familiarity with CRM or portfolio management systems.Interest in pursuing relevant professional designations (e.G., CIM, CFP).
