• Manage fixed income settlement exceptions in CDS and CDCC
• Perform daily CAD settlements for varied trades

Requirements:
• 1+ years in customer service related to settlements
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
