Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care as per established policies
• Ensure quality nursing and personal care delivery

• Oversee resident care and communicate regularly
• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit

Requirements:
• Must be in positive standing with licensing body
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health preferred
• Strong judgment and risk identification skills
• Availability for all shifts, including weekends
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check required
