What You'll Do

- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing journey
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right BMW vehicle and ownership solutions
- Deliver exceptional product presentations and demonstrations
- Present financing, leasing, and ownership options professionally and confidently
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring a premium customer experience




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to generate repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with management and team members to achieve dealership goals

What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience is required***
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
