As part of the Critical Care Platform, you will provide around-the-clock patient care that includes assessment, planning, and execution of specialized nursing interventions for those in critical conditions.

The role includes working with an interdisciplinary team to foster a comprehensive care approach while maintaining patient dignity and advocacy throughout treatment. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor critically ill patients' conditions
Write and implement effective nursing care plans
Educate patients and families about their health
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Lead discharge planning and care coordination efforts Requirements:
RN registration from a recognized nursing school
Current certification with BCCNM
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Previous ICU or critical care experience deemed advantageous
