Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM. This position is not hands on but requires a background in these technologies in order to lead/coordinate across multiple technical workstreams.
Experience leading and delivering large scale, global, complex technology implementation. Experience leading teams, prioritizing work, raising risks.
Exceptional communication management skills - People management experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a quick‑paced, multi‑tasking workplace.
Strong client‑service skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices. Consultative approach toward clients.
Sound leadership skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including experience in creating skilled presentations that summarize complex issues.
