Pursue a rewarding contract role as a Senior Messaging Specialist, focused on enhancing Microsoft 365 services from a remote location. Engage in onsite meetings three to four times a year in Alberta.
This position supports the GoA's Cloud Platform Services, ensuring seamless operation of Exchange Online and MS Teams. Collaborate with your team to fulfill incident and problem tickets while providing recommendations for service improvements and configurations in a complex IT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise recent service requests for operational readiness
• Plan and track architectural service delivery initiatives
• Implement and upgrade messaging systems and services
• Document processes and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with management
Requirements:
• Degree in IT or related discipline
• 8 years' experience with Exchange and Teams
• Familiar with user identity and email security protocols
• Willingness to work outside standard hours
• Robust problem-solving and documentation skills
