Perks & Perks:
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (based on experience)
3 weeks vacation

Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of strata buildings
Scheduling, preparing, attending, and recording minutes for Strata Council meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
Working with Council to prepare annual budgets, analyze forecasts and expenses, including the contingency fund; assisting with monthly financial statements and operational reports; managing accounts payable and other strata accounting functions
Advising the Strata Council and Owners on issues in accordance with the Strata Property Act,



ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and bylaws
Maintaining records and preparing Master Listings, summarizing terms and conditions for each unit, including unit entitlement
Filing forms under the Strata Property Act

Qualifications:
At least 1+ years of experience as a Strata Manager
Willing to work in Delta, BC
Valid Strata License
