You will drive knowledge—leadership capability and product expertise—while partnering with operations, brand, and People & Culture to ensure exceptional member experiences and consistent performance.

You will lead regional trainers, deliver wide-ranging learning methods, and measure outcomes to improve engagement and ATV, with travel across Canada as needed.
