IEM is in search of a results-driven RMA Coordinator to enhance our returns procedures. This on-site role requires a proactive approach, hands-on warehouse experience, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the proper processing of returned materials in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and follow up on RMA orders
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and accounting teams
• Manually load and unload RMA orders
• Update RMA records in ERP system (INFOR)
• Communicate with vendors regarding returns

Requirements:
• High school diploma with technical training preferred
• 2+ years in Warehouse/Shipping roles
• Previous RMA experience in manufacturing
• Valid forklift certification
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
