Overview AJW Warehousing is hiring full-time Warehousemen to join our operations team in Winnipeg, Manitoba . This role is ideal for hardworking, physically capable individuals who want a long-term career in warehousing and logistics. You’ll handle freight movement, inventory organization, and general warehouse support using both manual and powered equipment.
Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks
Sort, stack, and organize inventory efficiently and safely
Inspect shipments, reporting any damages or discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workplace
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs
Forklift experience or certification preferred (training can be provided)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
