Red Deer Polytechnic is seeking an Athletics Games Lead Attendant to manage event operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing game staff, compiling game statistics, and ensuring adherence to RDP’s policies. This position plays a key role in enhancing the game-day experience for spectators and participants alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise game attendants and volunteer staff during events
• Facilitate pre- and post-event setups with Sport Services
• Record and report game statistics to various stakeholders




• Operate RDP Athletics social media during home events
• Ensure compliance with the ACAC Spectator Code of Conduct

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience
• Experience in staff supervision preferred
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of game/event experience needs
