Heavy Equipment Operators - Fort Hills - 14/7 - Fly-in & Fly-out, Camp - Up to $52.29/hr - Fort McMurray, AB North American Construction Group is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to operate motor graders at the Fort Hills mining site near Fort McMurray. Operators will maintain haul roads, loading areas, and dump zones while working a 14/7 FIFO rotation in a camp environment. Ideal candidates have grader experience in mining or heavy earthworks and are committed to protected, efficient equipment operation.

What you’ll need Minimum 2 years of grader operating experience (16 ft or larger preferred)
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Acceptable driver’s abstract
Ability to read grade stakes
Experience using GPS grade systems
English proficiency (verbal and written)
CSO or BSO
Silica Awareness
Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness
OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness
H2S Awareness
Field Ergonomics
Successful drug, alcohol, medical, vision, hearing, fitness, and criminal record screening
Ability to work a 14/7 rotation and 12-hour day/night shifts
