The Role

The Appliance Service Technician is responsible for installing and providing diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of appliances. This involves on‑site repairs and repairs in our valued client’s homes.

What You Will Be Doing

- Verifying and accurately diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems




- Preparing accurate estimates and explanations on all repairs
- Performing assigned and required repairs to customer products
- Travelling to customer's homes to diagnose / repair appliances

To be successful in this role you must

- Have a clean driver's abstract (our insurance team says so)
- A current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket
- Enjoy working within a diverse team
- Have a solid sense of urgency
- Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience
- Clear a security check

NOTE

The chosen candidate must have flexibility to work a Monday‑Friday work schedule (no evening calls!)
