- Ensuring proper preparation, packaging, distribution and storage of vaccines, serums, biologicals and other drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality per Privacy Act
- Managing specialty pharmacy programs
- Other duties as required to ensure operations of the pharmacy meet and/or exceed OH&S; requirements, professional standards, provincial and federal regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 years as a practicing pharmacist
- Licensed and in valuable standing with SCPP
- Strong sense of professionalism




- Superior patient and physician relation skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem solving skills
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills an asset
- Experience streamlining workflows and improving processes is an asset
- Experience with budgeting and creating business proposals is an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working experience with Kroll Pharmacy dispensing software an asset
- Longterm Care experience preferred but not essential
