As aAdvisor, you will play a key role in delivering strategic mandates in customer experience, innovation, and organizational transformation. You will support our clients in designing and implementing high-impact initiatives, working closely with our team and stakeholders.

Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to the development of our practices, the continuous improvement of our methodologies, and the visibility of Interface&co.; You will evolve in an environment where autonomy, curiosity, and initiative are valued.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliverconsulting engagements in customer experience, innovation, and organizational transformation, ensuring the quality of deliverables and an exemplary client experience.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, structure information, and develop strategic and operational recommendations to support decision-making.

Design andfacilitate team-oriented workshops to engage stakeholders, support strategic thinking, and accelerate the co-creation of solutions.

Developtools, deliverables, and strategic content (diagnostics, customer journeys, action plans, dashboards, training, etc.) that promote alignment and project implementation.

Manageclient relationships on a daily basis and ensure rigorous follow-up on the progress of engagements.

Participate inproject management, coordinate certain activities, and support junior strategists in their development when required.

Contribute tobusiness development, notably through the preparation of proposals,



participation in visibility activities, and the development of new ideas or approaches.

Participate in theevolution of internal methodologies and the development of the firm’s expertise.

Desired Profile

University degree in a relevant field (management, innovation, design, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field).

More than 8 years of experience in consulting or in a role related to customer experience, innovation, service design, or organizational transformation.

Experience inproject management and in coordinating engagements involving multiple stakeholders.

Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.

Comfort withfacilitating workshops and engaging multidisciplinary groups.

Collaborative leadership: ability to work in a team, positively influence stakeholders, and support the development of less experienced colleagues.

Priority management: ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor.

Creativity and problem-solving: ability to turn complex situations into concrete recommendations adapted to the client context.

Intrapreneurial mindset: desire to actively contribute to the growth of a firm in expansion by proposing new ideas and continuously improving the way we work.

Strong interest in consulting, strategic support, and human-centered approaches.
