- participate and lead Electrical Systems technical improvements & developments for our existing and future airplane programs (optimize architectures, incorporate recent technologies, etc.), - prepare/review or approve engineering documents related to electrical system changes on our Challenger 3500/650 and Global 5500/6500/7500/8000 airplanes (production + in-service aircraft), - propose, elaborate, and test novel approaches to optimize our business airplanes on aspects such as: emissions reduction, costs, weight, performance, customer satisfaction, etc, - lead technical investigations related to electrical or lighting systems, - conduct trade studies associated with new technology introduction and integration on aircraft, - contribute to the Electrical Knowledge Domain to capture lessons learned and best industry practices (product & process) as well as mentoring/guiding junior members or our team, - manage interfaces with internal & external partners and suppliers for technical aspects, - represent the Electrical discipline with internal and external collaborators.
