Olds College of Agriculture & Technology seeks a Veterinary Technology Instructional Assistant to enhance learning and student success in its programs. This role involves supporting instructors and students while ensuring safety and engagement in hands-on education.

In this full time, temporary position, you will assist instructors with lab setups, develop course materials, and provide in-class support. The role is critical for promoting a high-quality learning environment within the Veterinary Technology program. You will also engage in community events and internal teams to further educational outreach and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist instructors during lab sessions and classroom activities
• Develop lab guides and maintain study materials




• Ensure student safety during all educational activities
• Support course material collection and preparation
• Assist with College events and recruitment activities

Requirements:
• RVT designation with 3 years related experience
• Eligible for licensure in ABVTA and ABVMA
• Small and large animal nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with technology proficiency
