The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of estimating programs like Audatex and Mitchell, ensuring accurate appraisals for customer vehicles. You will play a key role in improving customer experiences while achieving the collision center’s KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
• Diagnose collision damages and communicate effectively
• Assign body technicians to specific jobs as necessary




• Order parts and coordinate sublet repairs promptly
• Manage workflow and communicate clearly with clients

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience
• Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell programs
• I-Car Registered (Gold Class) or working towards certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
