THE ROLE Our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their growing operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory, and warehouse coordination. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll help ensure materials move efficiently by coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory, preparing shipping documentation, and supporting project logistics.
This is a part-time, permanent opportunity offering 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) with a stable and growing organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight
Prepare shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
Coordinate shop stock replenishment and warehouse organization
Prepare job boxes and materials for field projects
Manage freight claims and shipping discrepancies
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
Identify opportunities to improve logistics and inventory processes
REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Coordination
Experience coordinating shipments and maintaining inventory
Knowledge of freight, shipping documentation, and customs processes is an asset
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory management systems
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one) is an asset
Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as required
