As a part of the Advancement department, the Donor Stewardship Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate gift processing and cultivating donor relationships at RRC Polytech. This role requires proficiency in financial reconciliation, database management, and the ability to generate insightful reports. Successful candidates will assist in managing donor stewardship initiatives while providing crucial support for student awards coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage integrity of constituent and gift data in the database
• Process and record all gifts accurately and efficiently




• Reconcile gift data with financial services
• Prepare detailed financial statements for donor oversight
• Coordinate Annual Giving and manage Gift in Kind processes

Requirements:
• Diploma in accounting, finance or database management
• Experience in non-profit gift processing
• Proficient in financial reconciliation
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
