As a School Based Mentoring Facilitator, you will oversee various mentoring programs such as one-on-one mentoring and corporate mentoring initiatives. Engaging volunteers, preparing training, and providing direction to programs are essential parts of your role. Ensure the successful implementation and evaluation of mentoring relationships within schools in the Millwoods area and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee diverse school-based mentoring programs
• Prepare and deliver training to mentors and youth
• Engage and support volunteer mentors actively
• Coordinate schedules and address scheduling conflicts
• Collaborate with schools to plan structured activities
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in a relevant field
• 3+ years in child and youth programming
• Experience in educational environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and flexible schedule availability
