You will be responsible for supervising the day to day maintenance of common areas and washrooms, ensure quality control and training current hires.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee daily duties of both light and heavy-duty custodiansTrain new hires and foster BEST's company culture, mission, and valuesMaintain open communication with Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager regarding staffing issues, safety, supplies,
