This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and two years of relevant experience. You will assist in conducting behavioral assessments, developing interventions, and training staff/caregivers. Your efforts directly impact individuals' skills and overall quality of life, enhancing care within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Behaviour Analyst with behavioural assessments
• Develop and implement tailored interventions
• Conduct staff and caregiver training sessions
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
• Ensure high-quality service through feedback and data entry
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Psychology
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
