Electrical Apprentice works under the supervision ofthe Resort's Red Seal Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, andrepair electrical systems throughout the resort. This position provideshands-on experience in a wide variety of commercial, hospitality, industrial,and outdoor electrical applications while progressing through theapprenticeship program.
Qualifications & Requirements: Required RegisteredElectrical Apprentice (any level considered).
Valid driver's license.
Basic understanding of the CanadianElectrical Code.
Strong mechanical aptitude andproblem-solving skills.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors inall weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders,and work at heights.
Strong work ethic with a willingness tolearn.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience incommercial or industrial electrical work.
Experience with motorcontrols, pumps, VFDs, generators, or building automation systems.
Responsibilities: Assist theRed Seal Electrician with the installation, maintenance, and repair ofelectrical systems.
Perform preventativemaintenance on electrical equipment and infrastructure.
Assist introubleshooting electrical faults and equipment failures.
Install conduit,wiring, lighting, receptacles, switches, panels, and electrical controls.
Maintain electricalsystems serving hotel accommodations, restaurants, kitchens, spafacilities, pools, maintenance buildings, and recreational facilities.
Assist withmaintenance of pumps, motors,



irrigation controls, water treatmentequipment, sewage lift stations, and other mechanical systems.
Perform testing usingelectrical diagnostic equipment and meters.
Maintain accuratemaintenance records and complete work orders.
Ensure all workcomplies with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and companystandards.
Participate in anon-call rotation as skills and experience develop.
Assist with emergencyrepairs as required.
Maintain a clean andorganized work area.
Support other maintenance staff during majorprojects and resort events when required.
