- Supervise Building Control Centre and system functionality
- Manage Fire & Life Safety systems across buildings




- Coordinate service requests and emergency responses
- Facilitate maintenance of building systems and compliance
- Conduct environmental assessments and reporting Requirements:
- 3rd or 4th Class Power Engineer Technical Certificate
- Minimum 5 years in commercial high-rise operations
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
