At any given time, you will work with your internal customer in the sales, finance, credit & pricings team when reviewing transactions. and assures compliance with Federal and Provincial regulations.
Updates contract terms as necessary to reflect legal requirements or new company policies. Performs legal research needed to advise internal client.
Are intellectually curious, possess a JD from an accredited law school, called to the Quebec Bar, under the Civil Code of Quebec and 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Must be fluent in French & English. Willingness to learn and work cooperatively with the international legal team.
