As a valued Recruiter, you'll report to the HR Director and take charge of developing strategic recruitment plans. Your expertise in conducting interviews and managing candidate relationships will be essential. By leveraging networking and traditional methods, you will enhance our recruitment process and build a robust talent pipeline in advance of needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on personnel needs and job descriptions
• Manage applications and pre-screen candidates
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies




• Conduct follow-ups with hiring managers on effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with all hiring standards and regulations

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Preferred degree in Human Resources or related field
• Ability to analyze client needs effectively
• Exceptional conflict resolution and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
