Support tenant satisfaction as a proactive Property Management Assistant. Provide focused administrative support to streamline operations and enhance tenant communications in a diverse property portfolio.

As part of the Property Management team, you will report to the Senior Property Manager and will be involved in various tasks such as managing tenants' concerns, coordinating rent collection, and assisting with budget tracking. Your meticulous nature will be essential in conducting property inspections and maintaining detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for property management activities
• Address tenant inquiries and foster positive relations
• Monitor rent payments and assist in collection efforts




• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and manage vendor relationships

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in property administration preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed
