Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients to ensure job retention milestones
• Complete follow-ups to track employment status
• Identify and address barriers to ongoing employment




• Monitor progress and take timely actions for improvement
• Build partnerships with community agencies and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• 2 years minimum experience in employment services
• Familiarity with performance-driven metrics
• Proficiency in case management systems
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
