In this full time, permanent position, you will join HearCANADA's team focusing on operations for newly opened clinics across Ontario. Your multi-site operations experience, preferably in both retail and healthcare, will empower your leadership in exceeding KPIs through training and organizational efforts.

Frequent travel within the Greater Toronto Area (approximately 60%) is required as you oversee clinic operations and support staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operational functions and clinic staff training
Establish and maintain SOPs for assigned clinics




Facilitate company initiatives like product launches
Stay updated on industry trends affecting operations
Provide updates on KPI trends and project results

Requirements:
3+ years in multi-site operations in retail/clinic
2+ years in operational leadership and training
Experience in data-driven settings
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/POS systems
Valid driver's license with vehicle access
